Bruce Springsteen – The Wild, the Innocent & the E Street Shuffle Our guest this week, Brady Newbill, was born 12 years after the record he picked was released. He was a late-comer to “The Boss”, but when he finally discovered “The Wild, the Innocent & the E Street Shuffle” by New Jersey’s favorite son Bruce Springsteen he was duly smitten. Springsteen would finally hit it big with his next record, “Born to Run”, but this sophomore effort finds him leaning into his songwriting skills and discovering his own voice – most often with magnificent results.
