Marko DeSantis is a music professional best known as the lead guitarist/co-founder of pop-punk legends Sugarcult.
Sugarcult released three records which spawned hit singles such as; "Bouncing Off the Walls", "Pretty Girl", and "Memory" since launching out of Santa Barbara, CA in 2001.
Sugarcult headlined their own tours; performed on the main stages of festivals; were main support on tours with Green Day, Blink 182, and countless others.
He also plays in an ongoing side-project called Bad Astronaut (w/ Lagwagon frontman Joey Cape)
In past years, Marko played in bands such as The Ataris, Nerf Herder, Popsicko, Swingin Utters, etc.
Marko is based in Los Angeles where he lives with his wife and two children. He is currently a music business & songwriting professor at several colleges.
