Dan Epstein is an award-winning music journalist who has written for dozens of publications over the last three decades, including Rolling Stone, Revolver, FLOOD and the Forward. He has written several books about baseball, music and pop culture, including Big Hair & Plastic Grass: A Funky Ride Through Baseball and America in the Swinging '70s. He most recently collaborated with Jeff and Steven McDonald on Now You're One of Us: The Incredible Story of Redd Kross, which will be published by Omnibus Press in October 2024.
